I highly recommend Jessica. She not only helped me sell my mother’s house, but also helped with the purchase of another house, along with doing both closings on the same day. Besides helping with the sale and purchasing of both houses she went way above the call of duty and also helped me close out an open permit that I didn’t know that the house had. She also helped me find other professionals to take care of some odd ends that also needed fixing. I consider Jessica as a family member because she was truly concerned, considerate, understanding, and very helpful. She is my go to for anything real estate related. From 0 to 10 she is a 100. I can’t say enough great things about her.
